What is Raw Virgin Hair?

Virgin hair extensions are made with human hair that is chemically unprocessed and collected from a single donor. These high-quality extensions have never been altered by perms, dyes, bleaches, or harsh washes. That is why hair extensions made of pure virgin hair are considered some of the highest quality extensions on the market today. While affordable, cheap hair extensions can often be found on our sales page, in general, virgin hair can be quite expensive compared to the vast majority of other types of hair extensions on the market. Hair extensions that are virgin keep their natural color and gloss far longer than any other type of extension on the market because they have never been treated with the usual harsh chemicals that people often put in their hair. That is why you should always invest in virgin hair extensions when you are shopping for premium hair extensions.

How do I get custom coloring on my order? 

Please send an email with your order confirmation and photo of desired styling.

How long will it take for me to get a tracking number? 

Tracking numbers are generated roughly 3 business days from the day of ordering

Do you ship internationally? How long is the turnaround time for international shipping?

Yes we do ship internationally. Turn around for international items may very. 

Why isn’t my tracking number updated?

Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking to update in the online usps/fedex system.

Is #613 Platinum Blonde Hair High Maintenance? 

Yes, Anytime you bleach hair to #613 Platinum Blonde that hair will be fragile and easier to break off due to the hair bonds being broken. Platinum Blonde Hair will require daily hydrating of Argan Oil and Washed Weekly with some Hydrating Shampoo and Conditioner. Please see the “Hair Care” tab for more suggestions.

Will my hair extensions match my hair if I am African American, Latina, Asian, Caucasian etc? 

Yes! We have a wide variety of quality raw human hair to match you’re curl pattern and hair type. From kinky straight to silky straight and every curl pattern in between.

How long does hair last? 

When purchasing quality Raw Human Hair your bundles and units will last you years! With proper care and maintenance (see hair care tips if help is needed) 

What does a “Awaiting Shipment” Email mean?

An order awaiting shipment email means that your order processing is now complete and will ship within 3-5 business days* from receiving the "awaiting shipment" email. (This timeframe is subject to change at any given time, due to increase in business/sales/ and or holidays). This is a *timeframe only, and not a promised date/day.

How long is shipping/processing?

Shipping is processing is between 7-14 business days from the day of ordering (business days are Monday-Friday only, no weekends, and no national holidays) This timeframe is for all NON CUSTOM items. If you are ordering a custom item; please refer back to the description of the item you ordered online for your order timeframe. Custom orders/International orders DO NOT* follow this same timeframe.

How long is the turn around time for custom orders? 

Please allow 2-3 weeks for any custom orders including braided wigs.

 

Hair Care Tips 

**Virgin Hair is the most luxurious hair extension on the market. Each bundle can vary slightly in texture and wave pattern since it comes from different donors. NO two bundles are exactly the same.**

      

You can do just about anything with your hair straighten,curl,color,bleach,braid,ponytails. If you are not familiar with color please take your hair to a professional colorist. MOST IMPORTANTLY! HAVE FUN WITH YOUR HAIR, IT IS AN INVESTMENT! 

How much hair will i need?

We suggest Length 14-16"Inches - You Need 2 bundles or More

Lengths 18-24"Lengths-You Need 3 bundles or More

Lengths 26-30" You Need 4 bundles or more and
30"-5 bundles or More

 

Will I experience any shedding? 

Any hair that has been manufacture to be stitched on a weft is entitled to experience minimum shedding which is absolutely normal. Minimal shedding meaning (the hair will be never have a noticeable or drastic decrease in its density or volume. However, proper maintenance is extremely important and advised.

Is there maintenance involved with the up keep of this hair?

Yes schedule your re-attachment service appointments every 3-8weeks, depending on the style. With @hairbychrissyyt

What type of hair care products should I use?

Treat this hair like your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable. We recommend using a deep conditioner on your virgin hair once per week, but avoid using oil or heavy styling products. When having curly hair a light leave in condition+water+denmen brush will refresh your curls daily. 

Should I sleep with anything on my head?

Yes, bonnets, silk or satin scarfs are always suggested

Do I have to do anything special in the morning?

If you have purchase curly-wavy hair. Never sleep on wet hair, sleeping on wet hair is known to matte hair. we suggest braiding it at night to insure it’s manageability for you in the morning to come. We advise that you comb your hair every morning. Gently brush your hair from the ends towards your scalp. Starting from the ends keeps the pressure off the weft area and is a good way to maintain the longevity of the extensions.
